Yeah, sure you look great in your Banana Republic power suit, but not nearly as a good as you would in a 100% polyester leisure su...it. If you feel that all the fancy communication gadgetry today can't even come close to a solid conversation over the CB, then this night might be right up your alley.
On Tuesday, September 7th do me a solid and consider joining us as we veg out groovin' to tracks by cats not quite in that Yacht or Camaro Rock vibe. You'll hear both the hit makers and the one-hit-wonders of the 70's. Songs like "Magic" by Pilot, "Brandy" by Looking Glass, "Sky High" by Jigsaw and of course "Saturday Night" by the Bay City Rollers. If it feels good, you can bet we're gonna keep on, keep on, keep on, keep on dancing all through the night!

Tin Roof is owned by our the fabulous John Hoffman, who brings Kings many of it's delicious California wines. Tin Roof is located in Hastings, MN. The ride from Kings is about 30 miles one-way. We will ride at a leisurely pace, enjoying the scenery and making a few stops along the way. Some will return that evening, others will camp overnight. September's Kings Wine Bar Book Club selection is FALLING MAN by Don DeLillo. We'll meet to discuss Sunday, September 26th at 7 PM at Kings.
DeLillo's 2007 novel is about a survivor of the 9/11 attacks and the effect that day had on that man's life. Some consider FALLING MAN one of DeLillo's best novels. The title is taken from a famous and controversial photograph of the same name by Richard Drew in which a man in business attir...e is seen falling head first from the North Tower of the World Trade Center.
